Location, comfortable furnished with and extremely high ceiling. Also provide coffee machine with capsules.

Not being able to use the A/C for cold and having to open the windows. Apparently it is not allowed by the municipality or condo.

The location is amazing and super convenient for visiting the city. We have been there for the Lucca Comics and the lcoation was very good to explore the event.

The self checkin is very convenient but in general I do not like it because of security issues. The house was clean but there were no amenities and there was a used soap bar in the shower. No dental kit or any other amenities was provided. For the price paid for the stay not even a bottle of water was provided. There were 7 coffee capsule but for 4 guests at least 1 coffee should have been provided ( 4 ppl * 2 nights = 8 capsules ) The host has been efficient but very cold pressing over whatsapp for documents in a very pushy way, too pushy for an Italian guest.

De locatie is ideaal! Midden in het centrum. Lucca is niet zo groot, dus je zit al snel dicht bij alles, maar het is toch extra leuk om zo in het centrum te zitten. Het appartement ziet er ook enig uit en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ondanks de ligging in het centrum, is het er erg rustig. Het appartementencomplex is ook rustig en je kan even doen alsof je één van de bewoners bent.

Als ik één ding zou moeten noemen dat minder beviel, dan was het het bed. Dat was erg hard. Dat is natuurlijk persoonlijke voorkeur en voor een ander kan dat juist perfect zijn.

Location is great, quiet and just barely a minute from main area of center. Nice building and super responsive host. Has everything you need to make it a really comfortable stay. And - it has a lift!!! When you schlepp a lot of luggage, like we did, that made all the difference. There is a small garden at the back of the building which is nice. We got two sets of keys which also made a huge difference since we were doing different things at different times. Bonus, found a washing machine in the unit :)

The door that you look for "large green door" looks to most people like a black door ... that threw us for a loop but once it got straightened out all was good :)

Die Wohnung ist quasi ein Zimmer und ein Bad. Oben (Zwischendecke) schläft man und dort ist auch das Bad. Unten gibt es eine ausziehbare Couch und die schöne Küche. Die Decke im Bad ist niedrig, das war aber für uns alle kein Problem. Die Lage ist absolut Topp! Man kommt unten aus der Tür und steht mitten in Lucca – trotzdem ist es ruhig. Das Treppenhaus ist beeindruckend – es gibt aber auch einen Aufzug bis zur Tür. Die Vermieterin hat immer sofort reagiert, war sehr nett und es hat auch alles funktioniert. Beim Reinkommen muss man die Beschreibung genau lesen und sich an die Anleitung halten. Insgesamt eine richtig tolle Wohnung mitten in der herrlichen Stadt Lucca!

Het is een mooi, schoon en nieuw appartement op een top locatie midden in Lucca. Hiermee kan je echt genieten van de oude binnenstad, alles is op loopafstand.

Helaas deed de airco het bij ons niet waardoor het appartement veel te warm voor ons was. Dit heb ik meerdere keren aangegeven maar er was geen oplossing g.
