"Lovely little property but needing attention to detail"

Location was great, property was well presented.

Support from hosts was slow and we were left waiting outside for nearly 2 hours due to smelling gas. Carbon monoxide detector had no battery.

Location perfect, and accommodation ideal. Owner contacted about heating and received immediate reply which cleared up our problem.

Maybe instructions re heating and hot water system (location of boiler)
