SUCH a cute spot! Amazing location, truly. Incredibly quiet and safe neighborhood, quick walk to groceries, quick walk to the main parts of York; one morning I popped out for a quiet run along the river and it was easy as can be to get there and back on empty streets. Everything you could need in the apartment and the parking spot is so nice to have! We stayed here in late March and it was quite cold outside but the heaters kept us nice and toasty inside the apartment. Highly recommend!

The location is superb, and the host is very welcoming and always willing to help. The facilities were very good — there was crockery, cutlery, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, and even milk in the fridge. There was only electric heating, but it was warm enough.

Everything was great apart from the shower — it was impossible to get the water temperature right, as it kept changing from boiling hot to freezing cold. This made it very difficult to take a shower. The Wi-Fi was also quite slow.

"Lovely apartment in a quiet but fairly central location with plenty of restaurants, shops nearby."

Location was good, close to railway station and 15 minute walk int centre

Electric central heating broke down, however the owner provided extra heaters immediately. The door bell didn’t work.

Fantastic location so near to rail station and the centre yet very quiet. Lovely quirky little flat, very comfy beds. Everything we needed for a 3 night stay
