Kirkgate Suites - Majestic City Centre Apartment

For being such a central location the apartment was so quiet. Easy to find & navigate entry on arrival. Had everything we needed.

Very clear instructions on check in and check out, very clean and also. Great location for being close to all that Leeds city centre has to offer.

De locatie is perfect. De inrichting is compleet.

Location was bang centre of the city. Very secure safe front door. Room was really good spacious for 1/2 people everything you need and complimentary biscuits go a long way.

Bigger bath/shower towels.

Were do I start After climbing 6 flights of stairs Entering the apartment you were greeted with a foisted smell soon worked out it was the washer, so simply closed the door. To say we had to leave a bond of £250 for any breakages was a joke the mirror was smashed also a window in the bedroom. Scuff marks on walls. Generally needed a good deep clean. Then we come to the WIFI which was rubbish in fact we were 12hrs with no WIFI BUT the tv worked on WIFI so that evening we were left with nothing to do. The worst bit was 3 days in to our stay I found BED BUG CATCHERS under the bed & in a draw needles to say we checked out early

The location was good everything we wanted was in walking distance but outside of the busiest parts and noise

Being on the top floor was alittle difficult carry luggage

A localização é central, o que trouxe problemas de segurança. Tocaram a campainha repetidamente na madrugada tentando entrar na propriedade e relatei o ocorrido a polícia. Não tive suporte da equipe após o ocorrido até o momento em que relatei que ia deixar a acomodação. Após a tentativa de cancelamento e insatisfação também não tive resposta em relação aos pedidos de cancelamento ou remarcação de datas pois não me senti seguro e decidi deixar a acomodação antes do previsto inicialmente. O aquecimento do quarto não funcionou e também não obtive suporte da equipe. A temperatura em Leeds atingiu valores negativos na semana da minha estadia.
