Cosy Private Cabin with parking in good location

Good shower , comfortable bed . Private . Nice owner

Very narrow path to get to it , couldn’t use my Walker , I’m disabled. Path leafy , overgrown foliage on either side , we got soaked. No comfortable seating at all . Tiny caravan tv that could only be seen by half of bed . Needed more cutlery etc .

The cabin was very cozy and just the exact space needed for my partner and I.

There were cobwebs on the ceiling, but otherwise everything was neat.

Very clean and well presented. Great information left by the owners with regards to travel into Oxford, nearby shops etc.

The cabin was something else We liked it a lot Just as well though that we're not frightened by the appearance of spiders wood lice The cabin is in the middle of a huge beautiful garden so what would you expect ? The rodents in the roof space didn't bother us either in fact they were rather sweet I have to say the fridge was exceptional as was the bed I loved opening the doors of the cabin inthe morning to the outside world so lovely !

The cabin has everything you need for a prolonged stay: a kitchenette with a hob and all required appliances, a decent bathroom, even a washing machine! There's loads of privacy even though you're in someones backyard. The mattress was good. There were some issues with the toilet during my stay which were promptly dealed with by the hosts. Hosts in general were very welcoming and helpful.

Botley road is closed (and will be closed for a year), so you need to take a bus from the accommodation to Osney Island first, walk ~10mins, and then take a bus to get further in the city center or to north/east Oxford. Not a huge hassle if you're mobile, but something to keep in mind. Chairs of the dinner table were not super comfortable, fine for a short dinner, but not to use to work or for prolonged relaxing.

Hosts were brilliant - very friendly, efficient and helpful. I loved the cabin; it had everything I needed. Took my bike and enjoyed cycling into Oxford on quiet roads. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come again myself, too.
