The cleanliness, the infinity pool, the host himself.

Villa Principium in Kotor far exceeded all of my expectations. The location is perfect — central to all the nearby towns yet situated on a hill, away from the noise, offering peace and stunning views. The accommodation itself was spotless, truly squeaky clean. The bed gave me one of the best, most restful nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The facilities are incredible — the pool, especially, with its breathtaking view of the town and mountains, was unforgettable. But what truly sets this villa apart is the host. Zoran is without doubt the kindest and most genuine gentleman I have ever met. He welcomed us warmly, explained everything in great detail, and each morning prepared the most delicious breakfasts made with fresh local produce. Every day there was a wide variety of items to choose from, all beautifully prepared. What impressed me most is that he is always around to help, but never intrusive. After breakfast, I often enjoyed a coffee with him — his stories and conversations added so much richness to my stay. I honestly wish I had stayed longer. Without question, when I return to Montenegro, this will be the only place I book. I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Principium to anyone looking for an authentic, comfortable, and truly memorable stay.

A estrutura é boa. O anfitrião sensacional! Vista muito bonita. Quarto confortável.

A limpeza poderia ser melhor, havia lixo e muita poeira debaixo do rack. O Ar condicionado era de muito difícil acesso para regular e não tinha controle. O toalheiro quente não aquecia e minava água. Peças do ar condicionado estavam soltas.

La villa se situe sur les hauteurs de Kotor avec vue imprenable sur toute la baie. La chambre est spacieuse,très bien équipée et surtout très propre et moderne. L’hôte est très accueillant et sympathique.

Fabulous! Such a wonderful place. We loved everything : the room with balcony, the buffet breakfast, the swimming pool and mostly the kindness of our host, Zoran. A perfect stay on a hill where it is calm and peaceful.
