Villa Principium with Infinity Edge Pool&Hot Tub

Wow! What an amazing stay! Great service and unbelievably tranquil setting. It is a small b&b with few rooms. Zoran is the perfect host. Location: Amazing view overlooking tiny islet of Sveti Marco, Tivat and Kotor Bay. Car is mandatory Room: Huge room with beautiful bathroom and separate dressing. It exudes modern chic. Bed was so comfortable. All the items and toiletries are high class Service: They aim to please. Very professional/attentive service Breakfast: Great food and homemade. Pool/Amenities: Amazing infinity pool and great hot tub with nice view of pool area. The pool area is a relaxing area to rest and just unwind. We have nothing bad to say.. ..

Fabulous location away from it all so you can unwind and totally relaxed.

Quite remote and didn’t show up on GPS. Needed more instructions around location and getting supplies beforehand, especially not having a car and needing to get a taxi to find it. We were grateful to the owner taking us to the shops. A big thank you for the added service when needed.

Everything was perfect! The owner and his wife are very friendly and helpful. The pool was awesome. The place is quite. A (rental) car or taxi is needed to reach the villa or to take trips form there. The home made breakfast is tasty and enough for anyone. ++++++++++

Be careful with the taxis at the Tivat airport! The official taxi companies are ok but the others.

Superb hand-prepared breakfast, beautifully decorated throughout, incredibly friendly environment that is a mixture between 5 star hotel and friendly homestay. The swimming pool is beautiful, and the sunbeds and umbrellas very comfortable. Very big bed and comfortable bedding.

I was expecting the rooms to be cleaned daily (maybe I got confused as it has the appearance of a 5 star hotel) and fresh towels (towels were available on demand but we did not feel we could ask), we needed a bigger bin. The beds were a little firm for us, we prefer our beds a little softer. But honestly these things did not matter as the place was superb, and the hosts so friendly.

It was always clean, quiet environment, nice host . Splendid!

Everything was amazing, we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very good home made breakfast! Host was super friendly and accomodating, would definitely recommend this place if you visit Kotor!

The infinite pool. The sweet family that owns this beautiful property. The vegetable gardens. The fantastic rooms and elegant decoration. The view on Kotor’s Bay. Breakfast with local and homemade products. The song of the cicadas.

Nothing. Just it was a bit difficult to find that secret property. Maybe some signs along the way would be a great help.
