Located in the hills of Kotor with beautiful views of the sea and city, the rooms are NEW with lovely amenities and a balcony, aircondition, minibar with welcome non alcoholic drinks, we loved it. Perfect for couples and families also. Breakfast was so delicious with home made products from the garden and a good variaty. The owners were very attentive and helpful at all time making you feel at home. The infinitive pool was amazing and relaxing its a pity we did not use it more. Value for money 10/10 service 10/10 away from beautiful but busy Kotor and very to Tivat the airport. We loved our stay next time we will stay longer.

Amazing and quiet place near Kotor. Very confortable and clean, with breath taking views and luxury details in every part of the residence. It’s well connected to several touristic attractions in the area. The owners are friendly and helpful. We really enjoy the breakfast full of fresh local products. We hope to come back soon!
