Nice and clean room, well maintained, clean toilet though shared.

Close to the City and QUB.

Bed is comfy and room is a decent size. Like the fact that provisions in the way of wipes and toiletries, etc. are given. Shower cabinet is a great size and felt safe and secure. Good lights in room and power socket cable next to bed.

There isn't a very fresh smell up on the top floor. Had to open the skylight. Skylight window in room doesn't aid with sleeping very well; need a small curtain over it to keep out light.

The breakfast was listed for a cost of whopping 50 GBP so I did not take it. It was a bit off the city center but resonably close. Clean room, comfy bed. Shared bathroom.

Neither in the booking procedure nor in the confirmation emails sent by booking.com, there was a mention of security deposit let alone only through a bank account. The owner shared a regarding page from somewhere else (perhaps another reservation website) claiming it was there (if so I would not book it in the first place). He gave me such a hard time (not accepting credit card nor cash) I almost forfeit my reservation if my friend did not help me use his account to pay deposit. Unless you are from main island UK or Ireland it is not worth the hassle because of not announced and not well defined security deposit.
