I like that it wasn’t in the main of the town off ground

That their was only 2 towels for 3 people n as we was booked in for two nights it was a little strange

Nice central location, easy to get around on foot. Modern appearance and easy check in.

Generally not very clean, especially bed sheets, bed uncomfortable (thin and with kind of holes), noisy at night as it has various loud nightlife places and a busy road just outside.. Also, there wasn’t any possibility to leave luggage somewhere after check-out at 10am

I liked everything. Was clean, comfortable, good view, good location.

Host was reluctant to give us the lockbox code even though we explained that we had been having issues with the app. This meant it took us an hour to get into the property. We had to ring multiple times and the host stopped taking our calls. We tried explaining our situation but there was very little understanding on their behalf

Not cleaned very well at all. When we checked in 2 hours after time given we were greeted By 2 men assembling the sofa bed! Wasn’t really a problem

When we 4 people arrived at night and saw the situation inside, we decided to quit and give up the 2 nights rent over £169. The flat A1 was on 1/F and all windows facing the street traffic. All noise came to the flat look like we are living on the street. We closed windows but noise still all around. But no air con there with all windows closed is impossible .The smell from toilet is terrible that no one is willing to go inside. The worst is we feel some dark shadows going out of the bedroom window when we stepping close to it inside. We run away so fast in 10 minutes to get the key inside my pocket and so next day morning put key back to the box We are so frustrated on this poor quality being listed in the market at UK to attract tourists.
