Convenient location

Very noisy at night

Location was very good, central & convenient for AO Arena. Parking was good but probably only because of the blue badge parking which was mentioned by host/thanks. Good eating places nearby & we enjoyed a fabulous Sunday lunch in Firehouse across the road. Access via key safe was good. Good supply of tea/coffee/milks etc.

All blinds needed repair. No sink plugs in bath in the bathroom or kitchen sink. If sink had a washing up bowl that would have been acceptable but it didn’t. Dining chairs were all wobbly. Sofa was broken at each end, which we didn’t need as a bed, thankfully but was uncomfortable. No frying pan Only thing suitable to go in the oven was a grill pan which we had to buy foil to cover as it wasn’t the cleanest. Freezer looked like it had been in a fight especially the outside & the cracked drawers.

Not a bad location that is if you like loud music till late

Dirty grubby apartment had to wash any crockery,cutlery and glasses we used which was made even harder as there was no plug in the sink or a washing up bowl. The oven was a disgrace burnt greasy and old food left on the racks. No plug in the fancy! Bath not that I would use it it was grubby towels were like facecloths. The blinds were all broken so couldn't use any of them. The fridge was a disgrace big black stain on the back and someone had wrote inside the fridge!! glad we only stored our milk in there the freezer was so iced up too. There were so many issues with this place I would imagine there could be a health warning placed on it. A very very disappointing visit . Would never use again and would not recommend to anyone

Asked for a refund from the owner as we weren’t able to stay anymore and was ignored

I liked the convenience of the place and the apartment has everything you need.

There was hair on the towels. The floors were dirty, the table was filthy. The cups and cutlery weren't clean, there was still bits of food in the sink, the fridge wasn't clean, there's a plug socket broken in the bathroom and the sofa beds arms were hanging off.

Enough sleeping space for everyone

There was a mouse in the flat
