"Dirty"

Location

No sheet for the sofa bed. Stained bed linen. Stained sofa bed. Appartenent not clean (coffee rings and crumbs on the table). Front door handle falling off. No lock on bathroom door.

"Disappointing, not clean, uncomfortable"

Good size and location

Bed was broken with a big dip in the middle so very uncomfortable to lie on. Didn’t sleep well at all. Not particularly clean, pillowcases had dirty marks and were not clean, smelled a bit funky too. Window in living room has a massive gap when closed so apartment was cold. It would have been too cold for additional guests to use the sofabed. Handle on front door also broken

"Cold"

Clean, great location

It was freezing cold. Heating didn’t come on until early morning. We put the oven on and opened the door for some extra heat. Woke up feeling sick
