The flat was very clean and comfortable, great value would highly recommend. Will definitely use again.

Mrs Lynda was more than kind and explained everything about the house. The flat was great, something that it is unusuall to find in UK, where we know the status of the average hotel/apartment rooms. The rooms too large with nice balcony, everything was tidy and clean, the kitchen full furnitured and overall everything was more more better that what we expected! For sure we will stay again here in our next trip to Banchory!

This was an outstanding property in every way possible. We didn’t want to leave and will most definitely be back for more! Every single detail was so well thought out. The property was immaculate and the comfiest bed ever!

A bit of an issue with previously agreed early entry to the property however this was rectified by property manager Lynda who went above and beyond to help us.

Pleasant location, near High St and shops. Leisurely stroll to local beauty spots and scenic routes for driving. Fabulous welcome from Lynda, who was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Very informative about the area. Duncan was fantastically responsive to our messages and queries before our arrival too. All in all, it was a wonderful short break when attending a family wedding nearby and will definitely stay again. The apartment is modern with a fully equipped kitchen - everything very clean and in working order. Very comfortable sofas and bed with lots of space throughout.

There wasn't anything to not like. I'd suggest a couple of hanging hooks on the bathroom door for dressing gowns possibly and maybe fewer room fresheners, but that's personal preference as I have asthma and the scent can trigger it. Easily sorted by placing the fresheners outside and opening the windows.

Excelent location - perfect for the castle trail (I wish to have stayed longer!). Large, comfortable, bright and modern apartment.

Great location, clean and had all facilities required. Staff pleasant.

I thought the communication was lacking. I enquired about an earlier check in and didn’t receive a response, I also had to chase up details of the check in and collection of keys hours before we were due to arrive (we were already on our way and worrying about not having heard anything. I was staying the night to attend my brother’s wedding and got a text from one of the staff to enquire what time I’d be checking out the next day. I felt this was unprofessional.

Sehr schön eingerichtete und helle Wohnung. Küche gross und toll ausgestattet. Eignet sich also wirklich für längeren Aufenthalt. Alles sehr sauber. Man muss ein paar Treppen steigen, aber die Wohnung hat eine schöne Aussicht und ist sicher auch in den Wintermonaten besonnt. Checkin wird persönlich vorgenommen. Man muss also anrufen und braucht auch Internetzugang um am Anreisetag Infos zu erhalten. Ist etwas umständlich, hat aber bei uns sehr gut geklappt. Ich empfehle die Wohnung für mehrere Tage zu mieten und von hier aus Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu planen. Wir fanden, dass die Wohnung ein tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat. Wir würden hier sofort wieder buchen.
