Vajadzētu kosmētisko remontu, tad dzīvoklis atbilstu savam šarmantajam nosaukumam. Vannas istabā nopelējušas sienas, aprūsējušas un applukušas mēbeles un vanna lielā mitruma dēļ. Ieplaisājuši un krietni palietoti trauki... Dzīvokļa uzkopēji bija aizmirsuši iztīrīt plauktu un skapīšu iekšpusi, tīrījām paši. Sludinājumā nebija pieminēts, ka jāmaksā 150£ drodības depozīts. Grūti bija atrast dzovokļa atslēgas, jo norādēs sniegtās fotogrāfijas neatbilda realitātei.

Great studio apartment and much more spacious than the pictures make it look. Great location for access to everything, and the high street is literally seconds away, and very good value for money in my opinion.. Don't worry about how the block looks, it's fine once you are there and feels quite safe and very quiet. It is literally a few seconds walk to the main high street. Very comfy bed, and a great shower with the bonus of a bath.

The bath was mostly blocked when I had my first bath, but unless the previous occupant had reported it then I couldn't blame the landlord for that. I bought a cheap plunger from a shop round the corner and easily unblocked the bath before the landlord had a chance to reply to my message. The bathroom won't smell musty if it is well ventilated. IE I kept the bathroom door open nearly all the time and let fresh air into the flat regularly The bedroom blind was very tangled and did not work, but I eventually got it to a down position and simply opened and closed them during my stay, which I was happy with. I did report this to the landlord but did add that I don't need any visit during my stay as I was happy with everything and was just giving him feedback on these minor issues. Otherwise everything else was fine and I enjoyed my stay.
