Bed was comfortable.
It advertised as breakfast included!! What was actually on offer was pre-packed boiled eggs, yoghurt & coffee. There was cereal packets on a stand but no bowls or milk!! Very poor!!

Location was easy enough for what I needed.
There was no WiFi in the area and which I understand is out of their control but I was there for work and needed to complete some things so I had to go find another WiFi source. I just wish I had been notified prior to checking in so I could have made other arrangements that better fit my time and needs. My bathroom also had a rather odd/foul smell from the time I checked in til the time I left.

The location was HORRIBLE! We get there and was told that the elevator had "just broke" and was put on the 4th floor with two COPD patients, one being an elderly, Having to pay extra for a coffee maker is INSANE The room was clean and the lady at the front desk was nice, that was about the only good thing regarding that trip.

The room was clean and had amenities like soap and shampoo.
The front desk, no one came out to help me with then they checked me in a room that hadn't been cleaned. I had to call the front desk to get someone to come out from the back office to get help. Then the rebooked me into another room and didn't record it, so apparently they kept trying to book it again and guests entered my room and discovered it was occupied. When I got back my key no longer worked but the man At the front desk was able to correct the error
