Great apartment, quiet neighbourhood with a few good traditional restaurants and not so touristy a short walk away. Good communication with host and easy check in. Rooms were large are bed was comfortable.

We stayed at this lovely apartment in Bologna for one night, and it was absolutely perfect for the three of us. The space was clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The apartment is just a short walk from Bologna’s main sights, making it an ideal location. Check-in was smooth. The host was very supportive, friendly, and gave us helpful tips for dining. It was exactly what we needed for a short stay — cozy, convenient, and fully equipped with all the essentials. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bologna, whether for one night or longer!

The only downside was that late-night conversations and cigarette smoke from the yard were clearly heard and smelled in the bedroom, which made it hard to sleep. Otherwise, a very good stay!

Quiet, comfortable and clean apartment with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Great location a short walk from the centre, local transport and lots of great restaurants and cafes. Chiara, the owner, was timely and responsive in her communication and the information booklet she provided was very detailed and useful. Highly recommended.

Chiara was a wonderful host she left wine, water and chocolate which was a lovely surprise, we had to call on her a couple of times and she responded to our requests quickly, her apartment was spotless and huge, the area is close to the city but very quiet and great transport links to train station, we loved our stay in her apartment and would definitely return.

We were very happy with the apartment location. A bit away from the centre and quiet, but also close to it. The beautiful streets and porticos were nearby as were lots of great restaurants. It is decorated nicely and simply. Super comfortable. We had an issue with the washing machine but it was dealt with immediately.

The heat is pre set to go on at certain times. It would have been much better be if we could control it.

Host was super helpful. Place was in a convenient but quiet location and had plenty of space.
