Appartamento elegante e centrale La Foglia D'Oro

The location of the apartment is great, very close to the city center, about five minutes walk. The apartment is spacious, kitchen very well equipped, nice balcony, free WiFi, clean bathroom. The most important was the host - Chiara - who was extremely kind, helpful, perfectly organized and was available at any time with all our issues. She made out stay very easy and without any problems.

Be informed that all restaurants in Bologna are always fully booked no matter of the day and time. Without reservation it is impossible to get in. Surprisingly, you have to appoint how long you are going to stay. That was pretty unusual for us but has no connection with the apartment.

Amazing stay at La Foglia D’Oro. Comofortable bed and sofa bed prepared by our host, extra towels added for our stay. Very centrale location in Bologna, walking distance to city centre, but still quiet and cosy. Fast and reliable wifi, a must for any holiday now. Perfectly equipped apartment. Our host was welcoming, accommodating and helpful. On our arrival we received water, biscuits and wine. It is very touching if you get to your accommodation and you have your cold water waiting in the fridge (especially if you get there in the middle of the night). The apartment is decorated to suit the style of historic building, I loved it. Bathroom is very good size, I think it was my favourite room there. A little bit dark living room, but you can only add more lamps, nothing else. Recommended trattoria for dinner was extraordinary, thank you Chiara for your hospitality (Trattoria dal Biassont and Tamburini - both 10 out of 10).

Great terrace to relax plus a little garden shower to cool down in the heat. You find everything you need in the apartment, nice big bathroom as well. Easy check in and check out. 5 min walk to city centre and next supermarket and bakery. Perfect apartment for a relaxing 1-2 days stay at locorotondo.

Perfect location just a couple of minutes walk from the main square and shopping centre. The apartment was just what I needed, a clean and comfortable base to explore Bologna. The host couldn't do enough to help me, from checking I'd arrived OK, suggesting local visits and restaurants, to booking taxis for me - as a solo traveller I felt I had an unofficial "phone a friend". Very happy - really enjoyed the trip.

Had an amazing time in Bologna at this apartment, great location, lovely apartment all round and very clean and comfortable. Communication couldn't be faulted either. We will definitely be back!
