Sauna was good, massage chair was decent however the leg straps kept popping off during massage, hot tub advertised as only taking 30 minutes to fill however took 3x longer than that & parts of the hotub kept coming off. Fridge was filled with bottles of water & a small milk, also a basket on kitchen counter which included some cookies, cheese crackers & some tea bags & coffee pads along with sugar satchets, fresh towels provided also.

Beds are extremely uncomfortable like laying on concrete slabs and the metal frames just creek & squeak with any turn you make. Parts of the apartment dirty & dusty, the kitchen flooring is bunched up whole place could do with a deep clean & revamp as feels a bit run down, cracked back window, unfinished paint work & blotchy stained paint in some areas. Couches not the comfiest especially if your sitting on them for long periods, most of the games underneath the table where missing cards/parts, Overall this place would probably be ideal for a group staying over but not a couple as the high price just isn't worth it for 2 nights stay between two people, can book a much nicer accommodation with amenities to a much higher standard for same price or less. House is situated in a really run down street but is close to ammentities.

The beds were comfortable, the cooker was adaptable, heating system was good

Most of it to be honest hot tub was half working was aware we had to fill it up but one the filters threads were already broken and kept falling off. Bbq and fire pit was full of cigarette butts and large amounts of old coal sauna was propped on 4 wooden stilts and wasn’t safe at all felt like you collapse with sauna at any point also the sauna turned its self on after being turned so fire hazard there, there was damp spots on ceilings and walls in the 2 out 3 bedrooms. There was damages done before our stay that haven’t been repaired. Have asked for a refund and they have refused due to the fact we had no where else to go and no money to look for other accommodation I would highly advise against staying here.

The property is tired and in need of some TLC. The floor in the kitchen and bathroom is creased and bordering on a trip hazard. I felt like Goldilocks as it took a sleep in all three beds before finding one that didn't have a lump in the middle. The hot tub did not work. No way was it ever going to be ready in 30 minutes and, I don't find it either a privilege or a liberty to fill it myself. After 90 minutes, following the instructions carefully, we had a tub full of water that was showing as 18 degrees. Having owned a similar hot tub I know it can take nine hours to come up to temperature so this was very disappointing especially as this feature was one of the main reasons I booked this stay. If I had known before I booked that filling it myself was the deal, I would have gone elsewhere. The sauna is propped up on odd bits of wood and cut out after fifteen minutes. I don't mean to sound overly harsh but the property feels like it needs some love injected back into it.

Sauna ok, weather turned so only got to stay one night as had to get up to north Scotland.And didn't want to get caught on A9 ,but did what we wanted to .Host was helpful Thanks Alex
