The actual condo is nice. Has everything you need, is comfortable, quiet, and direct access to the beach.

The communication with the owner was poor. We never got confirmation of our stay, check in time, and entering directions until the day of which was stressful. And once the owner finally replied they informed us the unit had just been fumigated and there was no hot water. I also had noticed it looked like no parking was included so I asked what the options are and got no reply. We had no idea there was a marathon that weekend and all the direct and surrounding roads would be closed. We had to park almost a mile away which was a huge inconvenience dragging a bunch of luggage that took more than one trip from the car to the condo. We would have appreciated the heads up about the marathon and just some basic parking tips for the area.

Location was beautiful, literally a staircase with steps all the way down to the beach. Very sunny in a comfy village like environment.

I had one plumbing snafu , but owners came as soon as possible to address. Parking was a pain, but that situation was explained well before I booked. I just couldn’t budget time well with the public parking spot lottery.

Condo was very clean and comfortable and easy access to the beach.

The biggest problem is there is no parking. I came back from work around 10:30 pm and had to walk about 15 minutes in the dark to the condo. I did not feel safe. Also, the Kuerig is old and not really usable.

Excellent location, host is friendly, helpful, accessible! Loved it!!!
