ZAThe apartment is exactly as pictured, modern, bright, and spacious. It is in a quiet area and very secure, including secure on-site parking. The location is excellent, literally 2 minutes' walk to the train station from where one can be in central London in just over 30 minutes. Very detailed and helpful instructions on how to check in and out and how various appliances work - some with short videos. The host was also very responsive.
While the apartment was spotless overall, there were a few dirty items left in the dishwasher when I checked in, which wasn't great.

Apartment 7 shower screen should have a seal underneath to prevent water getting to the floor. The matress in the master bedroom needs upgrading.

SGVery nice place to stay in staines. Just a few steps away from train station which made our journey to central London very convenient. Check in is easy too. Apartment is very clean.
The apartment is on 2nd floor without a lift which is not convenient to tourists with big and heavy luggages.
HKQuick response, very clean, bring us everything extra we need, 5 mins from train station, walking distance to shops, amazing cleaning team.
The double bed is combined of 2 singles, but we don't really bother much. No bin in bathroom.
