LUXURIOUS Apartments in Staines l Free Onsite Parking

Very good location,convinces ,near Heathrow airport,train station just about 50 meters distance from apartment ,safe ,quiet,feel posh area,furniture available make us feel our home.

Apartment’s clock broke since we arrived,we couldn’t lock whole our time were in there,sofa pillows smell even bed pillows.

Only location is near to trains snd shops. Thats only good point

No cleaning while check inn. They mentioned that it’s luxurious but believe me nothing is luxurious in apartment. Most of lights are not working even no led in lamps. Bathroom lights are extremely DIM even we can’t see face properly while shaving. I wish i can post video of Shower tub drain blockage. Iron is extremely cheap and small. Water heater need to reset again and again if u want to take shower.only one tissue roll and small bathroom liquids are provided and once only. Too much hair on all sofas and carpets of animals and humans. I stayed here around 23 days but staff and landlord are extremely bother less. All sinks and shower tub drain blocked since we stayed here. Too much smell in kitten and bathroom. Bedsheets and quilt not charged while we checked inn again. I don’t have words to express how bad experience i had while staying here. The main thing is concerned staff is very less cooperative and bother less. I will never recommend anyone to book this SOO called luxurious apartment. Don’t waste ur money guys. Don’t go for pics showing in bookings apps. Nothing is luxury here.

There was nothing not to like

It was close to the train station and had secure parking.

Place was advertised as having elevator for upper floors. This very important to me as I was traveling with my 78 y.o. parents with some mobility issues. When we got there there was a flight of stairs and we had booked for 5 nights. We contacted the property and Booking.com. Basically got too bad answer from the property and never got a response from booking.com. Also there were many hairs in the bathtub on arrival. Makes me question how well it was cleaned

Location was great. Apartment spacious .

The spacious apartment and comfortable beds. Ideal for touring. Nice and quiet for sleep .

Could not fault anything .

Modern and spacious

There was no coffee plunger, only instant coffee. The windows needed cleaning, and there was no trash bag in the bin. The one single bed in the master bedroom needs replacing.
