No cleaning equipment or consumables - no spray, cloth or even a tea towel, let alone any dishwasher tablets. The plug in the kitchen sink doesn’t seal, so washing dishes is tricky!

Could do with better bins in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Also bath mats and the kitchen could do with more useful dishes, measuring jug, oven trays etc.
GBIf you are looking for somewhere to stay when visiting Thorpe Park, Chessington or Legoland, this place is excellent. The apartment was large, very clean, comfy and a great base to settle for a few days. There were plenty of towels and pillows and has been looked after. The bonus is secure parking for one car. We will definitely be booking again for next years theme park trip.
This place is excellent and I cannot say enough nice things about it, however there were just a couple of things that need a bit of attention. One bed had a flat sheet that was too small and a duvet cover that was far too large, which sadly meant I didn’t sleep very well. There are some welcome coffees but as a non coffee drinker it would have been nice to have some tea bags (did love the milk pods!) There wasn’t enough oven trays or pans and it was missing some tongs for cooking and mugs. Just little tweaks but not major groans at all!!

The fridge had a strange smell when arriving. Some of milks in fridge were out of date.
USThe apartment was spacious and the location was close to the train and not far for Royal Holloway. it was clean and had cookware so we could prepare some of our own meals. It was great to have a parking place too.
This apartment could be a 10 with just a few additions to the kitchen and a bath mat and more towels and wash cloths.
GBLocation was perfect for us as we needed to be near the train station. Lack of bath mat (as floor was very slippey after a shower and the rain shower head was broken. No tea towel in the kitchen
We arrived at 16:30 (check in was from 15:00) - upon arrival the cleaner was still in the room and looked like she had only just got there - so we left our luggage and let her complete the cleaning. We arrived back just before 20:00 and couldn't get in as the keys were not in the lock box. I had to contact the host - i tried via the message app but it was taking a while for a response so I tried the phone number provided and it disconnected straight away (0208 number). I then contacted the host direct and luckily she answered as in the instructions it said only contact between 08:00 - 18:00. It was identified that the cleaner had put the key in the wrong lock box, so all sorted eventually but it did cause a bit of an irritation as we were there well after check in time and our room wasn't ready and we then had to hang around until we could get in the room
