Maintenance levels weren’t great (several things not working). Some basic items missing (tea towels). Cleaning could have been better.

USGenerally, the flat is newly renovated and kept tidy.
* They provide only one key and fob which is not convenient if you are staying with other people. * Shower glass separator is inadequate as water from the shower head always gets on the floor and bathroom can get very slippery. * Bed mattresses are not comfortable. * Comforter does not seem to be cleaned regularly and one of them had blood on it. * No garbage can in the bathroom. * Cutlery are not adequate and not clean. * No information on how to operate the TV. * While it’s typical in the UK, there is no AC in the flat so it gets muggy and stuffy. The only respite is cracking open the window and using the small low quality fans in the rooms to circulate air. * There was no elevator and this should be mentioned in the listing. * No info on where to throw the garbage and recycling.
GBthe location is excellent, getting in and out is simple. it's well equipped and comfortable with everything you could need.
this review is for unit 10. towels in the washing machine, rain shower didn't work, no tea towels, hot and cold tap handles are the wrong way round in the kitchen. cleaning is very superficial. for the price I would have expected it to be perfect.
GBThe apartment is absolutely gorgeous! It was spotless It is exactly 1 minute from the train station which takes you straight to Waterloo station in half an hour Private parking 8 minutes from Thorpe Park
Maybe I'm used to Air BnB, but all there was upon arrival was a few coffee sachets and salt and pepper. A tea bag wouldn't have gone amiss. We left frylight, herbs and spices and a few other things, which l hope are passed on to the next guests, cause those small things go a long way for airplane travellers.
AULovely renovated apartment and good location next to the station
Curtains are not blackout. Bed is too soft. Hoover was not working. No rack to dry clothes. Missing a couple of fine touches in the bathroom and kitchen.
