This place is a complete scam. Overpriced, dirty, badly maintained, and falsely advertised. If you value your comfort, sanity, and money — stay far away. You will regret it! The only positive thing about this apartment is its location — and even that is ruined by everything else. From the moment you arrive, it’s one disappointment after another. The area is a massive construction zone — noise, dust, blocked streets, and ugly temporary walls. Walking is uncomfortable and unsafe. Forget about taxis dropping you off — you’ll be dragging your luggage a long way to the building. The entrance to the building looks abandoned and unsafe, covered in renovation mess. In 10 days no one worked on it, but it still looked like a dangerous, half-demolished site. Inside, it’s no better. The fridge door is broken. No waste bins in either toilet. Closet doors are damaged. The wardrobe for clothes is just one small unit — what a nightmare having to keep all your belongings packed in suitcases for all ten days. We felt like we were living in a prison, not an apartment. The sofa bed is so bad it’s impossible to sleep on — absolutely NOT suitable for 5 people as advertised. Three adults maximum. Even basic seating was a problem — there were only 4 usable chairs for 5 adults, and the fifth chair was broken, so during meals one person always had to stand and not eat. The kitchen table itself was also broken, making mealtime uncomfortable. The kitchen is a complete disaster. No extractor hood — what kind of “studio apartment” kitchen has no ventilation at all? No proper knives — only tiny ones, useless for bread or vegetables. No microwave, no washing machine — what kind of modern apartment for long stays has neither? The kettle didn’t boil water; when we complained, they implied we didn’t know how to use it. Two days later they replaced it with another dirty, limescale-covered kettle. The internet was the worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere.

I enjoyed staying in this place. Very good location- walking distance to the train station. The accommodation was very clean and well maintained, and the bed was so comfortable. It’s a big accommodation for only 2 persons, we had 2 bathrooms and a big living room.
