The hot water pump is rather noisy.

Location central for our needs. Very good value for money.

A bit challenging for getting in and out of bed as quite low. So if you have recently had a knee replacement like me or have mobility difficulties this may not be for you.

Property was clean, lovely and warm and had a lovely welcome basket . Everything needed was supplied including towels and beds made.

The downstairs rooms were spaceous. The kitchen was well equipped. The lounge was great for relaxing. Everywhere was very clean. We had a family gathering over Christmas and it was an ideal place.

Beautiful clean and welcoming home, plenty of room, all facilities and had a lovely welcome package with wine, hot chocolate and biscuits thank you very much :)

The house was spacious and comfortable. The small garden was ideal for our dog. The location was superb with the town and other places in walking distance. It rained a lot during our stay so the large porch with tiled floor was great for changing wet boots and towelling our muddy hound! The nearby stream-path through the fields would have been lovely in good weather.
