The kitchen utensils were paru Pans were rusty

It has a good kitchen and modern bathrooms, I didn't use them but the laundry facilities looked good too.

When we arrived there was food, crumbs in the sink and the cooker top had small food spills on it.

This has at some point been a very nice house. The family bathroom was a really well set up.

The house had not been cleaned. The fridge still had food scraps and smears on the shelves. The floor coverings in the living areas were dirty and stained, the curtains in the living areas were full of holes, the couch was very shabby and had been patched up poorly. The ensuite bathroom had not been cleaned, there were urine marks on the toilet. There was a vase of almost dead flowers on the dining table. Bath towels had large holes or stains.

We had a wedding so it worked well for what we needed. Close to Kumeu and felt very spacious. House were clean and tidy. Was good for families

The beds were a bit too hard for our liking

The beds we amazing so comfortable and i also loved the shower amazing pressure.

The ants, so bad, got into a lot of our food.

In quiet suburb close to groceries, malls etc. The place was clean and comfortable. The host wast very friendly and helpful. I booked my big family to stay while in town for a few days and they loved it.
