Modern unit, nice view, strategic location

Water heater didn't work at all, already asked the staff to check but still 😞

We stayed in two apartments, unit 2315 and 2805. 1. Unfortunately, unit 2315 seemed to have not been used for a long time. The cleanliness was very poor, I would rate it 3 out of 10. Dust was everywhere, including on the floor, which was extremely dusty. This triggered my child’s allergy, causing skin rashes and flu symptoms. 2. There were no bathroom mats in any of the bathrooms, so every time we came out, our feet became dirty and black from the wet floor. It was very uncomfortable. 3. We also found small cockroaches everywhere, on the bed, in our rice, inside the cabinets, and worst of all, inside the water dispenser. Because of this, we did not use the gallon water at all and had to buy up to 10 liters of bottled water per day, carrying it up ourselves. 4. The bathroom floor design is poor, as the water does not flow down properly and stagnates instead of draining. 5. For unit 2315, which has 3 bedrooms (for 6 guests), we were only provided with 4 towels, which was insufficient. 6. There were no cleaning tools at all, such as a mop, bucket, dustpan, or broom. 7. The Vilaloka staff often did not respond to WhatsApp messages. We were also not informed that the parking ticket needed to be stamped, which resulted in my husband having to pay IDR 80,000 when exiting. 8. During our 2-night stay, trash was not collected at all, so it piled up. We were also not informed whether we should put the trash outside the unit. 9. There were no toiletries provided, no soap and no shampoo. 10. The WiFi was not working, so we had to use mobile tethering just to watch TV. On the first night, Jeremy informed us to wait for their technician, but no one ever came. 11. We also asked Jeremy whether parking was free for our car. He said yes and told us to claim it under room 2501, registered under the name Abdul Rahman. However, when we arrived at the Habitare lobby, the staff accused us of making false claims.

I liked the size of the apartment and the city view.

The room smelled smoky, I'm not sure if it was non-smoking or not but it smelled as if the previous occupant had been smoking

Location and view is very good.

There’s a lot of small cockroaches everywhere. Can’t use the bathtub and it is not maintained well. TV in the room not working.

The location

Room is not clean, we can see the trace of people's steps on the floor. The air con is barely cool, all the three air con just not enough to cool the whole 2 bedroom apt. The toilets smell and the main bedroom toilet just making sound every time. The soap almost empty and the dispenser just dirty, the shampoo smells weird. The living room's sofa have so many stains. Aside from the spacious room it just too freaking hot.

bilik bau rokok..kuat sangat bau sampai xselesa nak duduk..tiada tingkap atau pengudaraan yang tidak bagus untuk hilangkan bau rokok tidak berapa bersih , masih ada tinggalan baju org lain..

The staff are excellent. Check in and check out was easy. I left my watch behind and they kept it safe until I contacted them.

Internet does not work. But hardly their fault.

Location middle of office buildings but plaza festival next door with plenty of eateries & epiwalk mall behind with plenty of coffee shops & eateries helped & made it ok .one bed room with a kitchenette is very spacious & thats a huge plus.

A little run down, needs a revamp/ facelift/ paint . house keeping needs to be done properly.Behind the sofa & on the tv screen plenty to clean . Old teflon fry pan should be thrown away. Had to ask them & they replaced with a better one .
