The property didn’t well maintenance, first day check in microwave didn’t work, tv didn’t work, shower at one of the bath room didn’t work and hair dryer . The carpet on the lounge look dirty. The towel look old and very thin. The property lots cockroach.

Host responded very quickly and efficiently. Host reacted very promptly when informed that the air-conditioned remote control was not working. The bed was very comfortable. The room is very spacious. In addition, it was very accessible to the place of the event that I was attending. It was walking distance to Lotte Mall and easy access to Kota Kasablanka.

During my short stay at H Tower, I had a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was welcoming and attentive. My room was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, added to the convenience. The location was excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Overall, H Tower was a great choice for a short stay, offering comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I used to love this property when it was operated as a Citadines, thanks to its room size, amenities, and location. Now?

Where should I start… First of all, the property operation is extremely confusing. I booked the property as “The H Tower by Villaloka,” yet everywhere on the property, you only see the “Habitare Apart’Hotel” branding. Apparently, Villaloka only operates some of Habitare’s rooms. We were instructed to contact Mr. Emed and Mr. Sani (neither of whom were present on the property) to organize the check-in—not through Habitare’s reception desk. This was very confusing and felt shady. After managing to complete the check-in process, we finally entered the room, only to find it tired and dirty. The original interior from the Citadines era is still there, but in much worse condition. The new management clearly hasn’t refreshed the unit and has done a poor job maintaining it. There were stains on the sofa, chipped laminate, a dirty and smelly bathroom, a noisy air conditioner, and clogged drains and sinks… I could go on and on. The condition of the unit made us question everything—Is the bed linen clean? Did they even change the sheets? When was the microwave last cleaned? Have the plates and cutlery been properly washed? This is definitely not what we expect for a hassle-free stay. In the end, our stay left us with a feeling of utter disappointment. It’s clear that the new management neither understands nor cares about hospitality. They are wasting the proven potential of this property and running it into the ground (if the drain isn’t already clogged).
