Tutto perfetto! Struttura meravigliosa e curata nei dettagli, design molto azzeccato, un piccolo gioiello! Lo staff é molto gentile e disponibile, la host é stata molto cordiale e accogliente. La stanza é spaziosa e pulitissima. La piscina é fantastica dopo le giornate afose. La colazione é semplice ma deliziosa, con prodotti fatti in casa e frutta fresca. Ho apprezzato molto che vengano offerti prodotti saponi, acqua e colazione senza confezioni di plastica.

Davvero nulla, ma se proprio dovessi fare un appunto, offrirei una scelta più ampia di the per la colazione.

The location is right at the center and the staff is very friendly. Rooms are comfortable and the lobby is beautiful. Breakfast was delicious!

This is more about design of the hotel than anything else - our room's window faced another room's window (in our case the bathroom) so it's hard to keep the blinds open to enjoy the light. But this is very minor and we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a nice stay here. Location is very good. The room was comfortable, including the bed and pillows. They had a pleasant, small evening concert on new year's day that we enjoyed. Sitting in the downstairs common area was agreeable. Overall nice architecture and mix between the original building structure and newer additions.

While our stay was nice, I am not sure I would opt for another stay given what seemed to be a lot of interesting looking hotels in Merida. The acoustics of the room was poor. Our neighbors were very quiet and we slept well, but it seemed risky if someone was louder. Breakfast was pretty sad. After 4 days there no one said anything to us - were we supposed to ask for coffee, or a seat or food? Of course breakfast is self-explanatory, but there was just no interaction with the staff and some days very little food, some day some food. After a few mornings we just skipped it. Staff was pleasant but quiet - usually didn't look up for a greeting upon entering or exiting. Again, no problem, I am there to sleep not to chit chat, but it was a bit cold service overall. The pool area is not for swimming but very lovely landscaping, in case you are looking for a swimming pool this is not it.

The property was lovely, very well located and the staff was very attentive.

Parking was on the street and not always easy to find.

The shower could use a good scrubbing. A little mold around the base. But not enough to do track a wonderful stay.

Location, staffing,value for money

Noise levels of light doors of other guests . Noise associated with maintaining water pressures. Breakfast poor went to cafe next door after first morning.
