The apartment was very clean, in a great location, with beautiful views. The little touches; snacks, breakfast items and basics for cooking (oil, salt etc) were so thoughtful and needed on our arrival date. The decor was perfect, soothing and modern with fun artistic touches. We loved it!

We were not used to the hard beds which seem to be everywhere in Italy. A little more storage for clothing, and a few more pots would have been good.

Great location in Vico Equense, excellent communication and experience with the owners. New and clean apartments would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Vico Equense or the general Sorrento area.

Luigi and his wife went above and beyond to ensure our stay was AMAZING. Luigi picked us up from the station and made sure we were acquainted with the property and area. He was a TERRIFIC host. I highly recommend this beautiful place.

Great location, next to train station. Vico is such a beautiful place, much quieter than Sorrento and we loved it. We would absolutely come back here! Thank you Luigi for such a warm welcome. The apartment, the location and the hosts were all fantastic. I had looked around for an apartment with a nice view for ages and had considered one in the hills, but I'm glad I didn't as transport would be an issue. No problem here in CasaLulu though as the train station was 5mins walk away which meant easy access to Sorrento (12mins) or Pompeii. The apartment still has that great view though - of the sea and Vesuvius from the balcony. The apartment is virtually new and everything is in perfect condition and very clean and there is a rainfall shower with great pressure. The town is a lovely little town with great clifftop or beach sunset views just like Sorrento, but less busy and less touristy. It even has a famous pizza restaurant and gelato shop (featured in Lonely Planet) and I can recommend them both. The real stars though are the hosts, Michela and Luigi. They were so welcoming and helpful. They picked me up from the station, gave me a little tour of the town and were always on hand to ensure that everything was perfect - Luigi even picked me up from another town when I was stranded due to a train strike. I travel a lot and they were the best hosts I have had - they made me feel like a friend not a customer.

Great location for us - easy access into town, quiet from the traffic, interesting location with great view and places to walk from right outside the door. Felt safe and secure - really good card key system. Such a lovely view and stylish decor. But above all what a wonderfully helpful landlord is Luigi. His patient assistance with our damaged van tyre problem and ensuring we had all we needed for our stay, including the knowing where to get the best pizzas… was remarkable and generous. The apartment had all we needed and was great value - we’d certainly stay again.

Nothing - just some observations really: the slight drain smell from shower didn't last so not an issue. The front apartment is of course the better in having the view. Don’t worry about that rumbling - its not Vesuvius ! just the train that runs under the town and on through further tunnels under Sorrento. And they stop around 11pm anyway. Having the train and bus station an easy walk down the little cobbled lane actually makes for such easy access to the best means of getting along this amazing coastline - especially if you want to avoid the mayhem of the traffic.
