Luxury Beachfront Apartment in Kalamata Modern, Spacious & Sea View Balcony

The apartment was so comfortable and well located, there’s everything you need to cook and it was a very relaxing stay.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, in diesem wunderbaren Apartment zu wohnen und sind mehr als begeistert! 🌟 Von der ersten Minute an wurden wir herzlich von Dimitris begrüßt, der uns persönlich in unser Apartment geleitet hat. Die Lage ist perfekt mit Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür, und falls das mal voll sein sollte, gibt es einen privaten Parkplatz nur eine Minute entfernt. Das Apartment selbst ist ein wahres Schmuckstück. Es ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und die voll ausgestattete Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der offene Wohn-, Schlaf- und Essbereich sorgt für eine einladende Atmosphäre. Besonders schätzten wir die Jalousien, die das Apartment im Hochsommer angenehm kühl hielten. Ein Highlight war der lange, schmale Balkon, auf dem wir jeden Morgen unser Frühstück mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer genießen konnten. Abends haben wir dort oft bei einem Nier entspannt. Es war einfach himmlisch! 💚🤩 Dimitris hat uns jeden Tag gefragt, ob wir etwas benötigen, oder ob wir eine Reinigung im Apartment benötigen, also sehr zuvorkommend! Wir können dieses Apartment nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

Einige haben es schon geschrieben, das Bad ist sehr klein. Trotzdem sehr modern und sauber! Man kann sich damit arrangieren 😉. Als Verbesserung 1) Dusche zumachen und wenn es nur ein Vorhang zur Glasscheibe ist 2) statt der Türe eine Schiebetür wie beim Kasten. Dafür ziehe ich aber nichts ab, er hat das beste aus dem Apartment herausgeholt.

Large apartment with large sliding glass doors and balcony full width of the unit. Very open and comfortable. Full kitchenette with all amenities. Two minute walk to the beach, strip and restaurants. Bathroom was a little tight. All in all decent place.

הדירה נקייה, מאובזרת. מיזוג טוב וגם האינטרנט.הבעלים מקסים . המיקום מעולה קרוב ממש לטיילת ולחופים. יש מכולת מתחת לבנין כך שניתן לקנות. הדירה אטומה לרעשים. מרפסת חמודה.נהננו מאוד.נבוא שוב

Immaculate, well-equipped apartment just a minute's walk from the beach and well placed for bars and restaurants. We were welcomed personally by Dimitris who couldn't have been friendlier. The apartment was really quiet overnight too.

It was perfect for what we needed. Stayed 2 weeks.So near the beach, right in the centre of town, but once you closed the balcony doors, no noise. Aircon made all the difference.

Would have liked a sliding door or something to separate the bedroom. Floor creaked 😂 & washing machine would have been useful.

Check in was very easy, our host welcomed us and showed us around. We found parking on the street, but they offered us secure parking a few meters away. The apartment is very clean, spacious, comfortable, with everything you need. It has a balcony to enjoy the sea view, shops and restaurants nearby, quiet at night and in a secure building. There is a bakery 5 minutes away and a bus stop to take you into town. We highly recommend it and we would happily return.

Everything was great. It's clean and spacious (loft style, the bedroom can't be closed off) A Very friendly host. You have a view to the sea and a nice balcony. It's 50 meters walking from the beach and the bus stop to get to the center. Walking to the center is about 2km.

The bathroom is a bit small but still ok.
