Luxury Beachfront Apartment in Kalamata Modern, Spacious & Sea View Balcony

Very modern apartment with a nice sea view. The host Dimitris was helpful in advising where to go and eat. We stayed 9 nights and enjoyed both Kalamata and its surroundings as we rented a car for 5 days. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen well equipped for light cooking. Maybe a little annoying traffic at times though, which implied that sitting on the chairs on the balcony was not that relaxing. Dimitri and His brother runs a small shop downstairs where you can buy drinks, snacks and some other household items and there is a fruit and greens shop across the street. Lots of restaurants nearby. Kalamata is a lovely greek town with a great seashore.

Very clean, spacious, quiet and at the same time about 10 meters from the promenade. Many restaurants within walking distance, plenty of free parking nearby, amazing bargain

Great apartment with a great host, beautiful view and within walking distance of the entire town. As described the apartment overlooks the harbour and is only 50 metres from the beach. You are centrally located with many cafes and restaurants nearby. Your hosts, Demetrius & Nick own the building and live in the building. They are very knowledgeable about Kalamata and can answer just about any question you may have. The apartment is very clean & modern with plenty of room for the double bed and living room with a nice terrace. The kitchen has the basic necessities. The bathroom is a bit tight but doable.

We had a difficult time finding the building because Google kept sending us to the wrong address. I emailed Demetrius and we found him about 50 metres up the street. The apartment is at the corner of Santa Rosa & Iroon. Very easy if you look that up on Google.

Very close to the sea and Kalamata beach; a modern, clean and comfortable apartment. The owner very polite. We really enjoyed staying in Kalamata.

Some nights finding a parking was not easy, but being so close to the Kalamata beach it is normal
