The room wasn't very clean and damaged (see the bed headboard) The shower curtain was missing and was added after I asked. The gym and swimming pool were not accessible one morning since "someone" had closed the door and taken away the keys. Wifi was broken for the entire stay. One elevator was blocked and remained stuck all the time. Generally speaking, I haven't noticed so much care for the guests.

The breakfast was the only good thing.

It was absolutely terrible. All of the emergency side doors were wide open the entire time, meaning anyone could walk in and out of the building without a keycard. Because of this, we had a frightening incident where a stranger actually tried to enter one of our teenagers’ rooms. Thankfully, the coach was inside and confronted him. The man awkwardly said, “Oh, one of your girls said hi to me,” then walked off while still eyeing the room. We later learned he had come in through one of those propped-open emergency doors. I reported this to the front desk immediately, and they claimed the doors were supposed to be closed and that they would take care of it—but nothing ever changed. The doors stayed open our entire stay. Then the fire alarms kept going off nonstop all day Saturday. It got so bad that the fire department had to show up, and the hotel eventually announced for guests to just ignore the alarms. Completely unacceptable. The room phone didn’t work, so when we needed more toilet paper, I had to walk from the 9th floor down to the lobby just to get basic supplies. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain because the stopper was stuck closed. And to make things even worse, the pool had cockroaches. Absolutely disgusting. This place is unsafe, poorly maintained, and incredibly frustrating. I will never stay here again.

We loved the inside view super clean, breakfast was delicious too,

It was convenient for my stay and the breakfast was a fabulous added perk. The hotel was very accommodating.

Room was in need of a refreshing noticed ripps in curtains, stains in carpet and rusty fixtures in bathrooms. The headboard was peeling as well.
