The property is beautiful and the architecture of the hotel is gorgeous

Our fridge unfortunately wasn’t working but that’s such a minor detail that it didn’t take away from our experience

"Nice hotel, but the current management is letting the hotel get ran down."

The hotel was big, nice, and clean.

The pool was cloudy, the hot tub was in disrepair and not functional, which was the whole reason I booked this hotel over others.

"I would not stay in again due to the room being in such horrible condition"

the staff was very nice and professional. the lobby was very nice and clean.

There was half the door missing in the bathroom, the bed was not comfortable. The room was not what was expected
