"Worst hotel in my entire traveling history which is the past 30 years of travel."

non working lights in your room (see photo) no phone service in your room due to faulty wiring due to managers admission.a sticky hand from picking up the receiver on the phone, when trying to call the front desk Then while gagging and running to the bathroom sink to wash my hands having to wash someone else's hair down the drain Unbalanced pool chemicals resulting in murky water and water so cold the girls couldn't enjoy it due to a manager confessed broken pool heater, but still allowing people in the pool (see photo and I will be calling the health department!) no smart TVs in any room in the hotel - couldn't even put on a cartoon after our babies disappointing pool experience. managers appreciation consisted of marshmallows, rice cakes and dried apple slices all in one bowl, runny veggie dip (at least I think that's what it was) sour broccoli and goldfish. Picture attached. On top of that trying to get a refund because the stupid booking.com AI screener is designed to make people give up so they can just steal your money by looping people over and over from calling customers service to that number giving a referral to the websites help page, and the page tells you to contact by phone or a chat that doesn't work. This goes on for about 30min while you demand to talk to a live agent if you chose to be as persistent as I was for the $250 a night stay, then the live agent tells you you have to get the hotel to handle it, then the hotel tells you have to contact booking.com. Beware when booking anything through a 3rd party! Also I booked my stay through booking.

breakfast was good! and the bar was nice!

My room was not very appealing. Floor has cigarette burns and just seemed not as clean as other Embassy Hotels
