"we enjoyed our stay and if we ever return to York we would definitely stay here again"

the house was very cozy, nicely furnished, clean, in a quiet neighborhood; we took a short nice walk along the river to the city center, no need to use the car

access to the parking space is narrower, but even with an SUV (KIA Sportage) we managed it in the end

"Great and easy walking distance to city centre along the river."

We had a complimentary chocolate bar which was a nice touch. Decor was nice in the bedrooms and living room. Good location and took advantage of early morning walks around the local area and river. Good size fridge.

Coffee in kitchen jar was old and stale. Bed wasn't the most comfortable.

This property was everything it said it was, calm, cosy and a riverside walk away from the city centre. We had a lovely stay, the property is on a quiet street, is clean and tidy and has everything you need for a short stay.

Everything was fine, if anything Iā€™d say the beds are a little low but not really an issue, nice and comfortable.
