"Superb"

Beautifully re-done home! Loved all the decorations and layout. The location to get around Lakeland is perfect and the house is situated in an older neighborhood with a brick road. Driveway is short & could use some help. Enjoyed our stay

"Perfect for spring training baseball"

"This was truly a home away from home."

A quiet street, with excellent location to everything from Roseate spoonbills to the I-4. A very responsive host. Suggestions - better written instructions how to adjust HVAC and how to operate the smart TV would be helpful. Circle B Wildlife preserve is an amazing place...see picture.

The weather could have been a little warmer.

"Really wanted it to be good, has great potential, but needs to be treated to get rid of the fleas and just a little more"

The decor and beds were nice.

There were fleas. Were had to purchase flea spray. The fleas were jumping on our son in the bathroom and on the living room couch. The Keurig machine was very dirty. The bottom of toilet seat was dirty. We didn't expect to have to clean and deal with these issues based on the property reviews which stated exceptional cleanliness.
