This house was the perfect size and in a great location! We were blown away by the attention to detail given by the property owner. I didn't have a hair dryer and they provided one. Will definitely book again.

The house is adorable and nicely furnished. It's comfortable enough for a short stay. We loved the touches of the fresh fruit and coffee - it felt welcoming and homey.

The mattresses were rock hard. I highly recommend adding a memory foam topper to the beds to make them more comfortable.

It was a great location close to the RP Funding Center, which was our reason for staying in Lakeland. I liked the fresh fruit left for us. It was a nice touch. The house was cozy. The tv and wifi worked great! No issues. Check-in was easy. Would gladly stay there again if in the area.

I would have liked an additional mirror on the wall somewhere other than the bathroom. There's only one small mirror in the bathroom and it made it hard to use with 4 of us using the bathroom. And a few more pillows would have been nice. We're 2 pillow sleepers. They did have throw pillows but not a fan of sleeping with those.

The property was exactly as described , we had all the necessary items all at our fingertips

This rental was exceptional for those of us who travel and value cleanliness, sleek lines (absolutely no clutter) location, (a five to seven minute drive to all the locations I wanted to visit) and most importantly autonomy. The host was available if I needed but left us alone for the time I was in residence. This is one of the first rentals of this sort that I truly did feel I was in my own home.

The only small glitch was upon arrival I couldn't figure out where to park (the driveway is mostly unpaved and not easily discernible) but as soon as I did figure it out there was no problem. ( I would advise the host to make mention of this for guests arriving to the site)

Beautiful house with all the charm! The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and all the linens extremely white. Last but not least the staff were very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back.
