The apartment its self was nice, modern, clean and well located

The only two issues were finding where the keys to the apartment had been hidden - this needs more thought by the vendor, maybe a key lock by the front door that would be safer and more convenient. The vendor needs to explain that the parking isn't located on the residential car park but is located on the retail side at the front of the apartment as this was not clear

"It is an average stay."

The flat is spacious and in quiet area. Several shops are near by. The flat is 10 mins drive from beach.

The communication with the host was not great. She didn’t answer questions about earlier check in and didn’t clarify where to park, despite asking several times. When arrived to the property, I couldn’t find the key. I called the host several times for more than 15 mins. Spent the time outside with 2 children not knowing where to park and not able to find the key. When she finally answered, she did point me toward the key and she did clarify where to park. The flat was clean but didn’t feel that the sheets were. The dishwasher was disconnected and smelled awful.

"It is a comfortable, well appointed appartment which perfectly suited my needs."

The property was spacious, well equipped and comfortable with excellent off-road parking.

The appartment is reached via 2 flights of stairs and the location is less than idyllic being in a mixed commercial/residential area - although it is very convenient for the M5 motorway, Worle railway station and Morrisons supermarket!

Place was clean and tidy. Everything you would expect for an apartment. Location ideal for shopping. Morrisons, Domino's, Boots etc on your doorstep.

Quick heads up for the owner. Microwave didn't work and shower needs looking at. Apart from that everything was great.

Amazing location. Amazing host. Clean and modern apartment close enough to the beach. Lovely area with a great chip shop. A great open space with a pond/lake nearby. Not gonna put this as a negative - noise was a slight issue, but you have to remember you are booking close to an A road
