beautiful apartment, very bright. Owner was friendly. Apartment clean except for kitchen dustbin.

Shower head kept falling down, and hurt my mother. Owner did not come to fix it. Dustbin in the kitchen was smelly when we got in - it hadn't been cleaned. No-one came to clean it when I notified the owner.

"It is a very convenient location and we had a comfortable stay."

Close to the M5 and Cheddar Gorge. On the edge of a retail park which was very convenient for the supermarket and takeaway shops. I didn't find the location noisy at night. It's on the 2nd floor so there are some stairs but I didn't mind this.

There was an extractor fan or boiler running at night which I was aware of. It didn't keep me awake however.
