Minster Cottage - Cathedral Quarter with Free Parking

Great furniture and kitchen. Location very good.

Parking permits needed... you can't even leave yr car 15min without showing your permit- or else yr fined. No upstairs bathroom. Very step stairs.

Location comfort shower. Tea coffee and sugar supplied. Plenty cups and dishes. Dishwasher.

It was a lovely property in an incredible location! The rooms were comfortable, the living room was cozy, and the kitchen was perfect, with treats left for us. The parking was easy, and it was very convenient to be able to park nearby.

This isn't so much a negative as a consideration, but the bathroom is on the ground floor while the rooms are the floor above, with fairly steep stairs. My mother has mobility issues and ended up sleeping on the couch when she was ill one night, which was pretty comfortable, but not as optimal as a bed. The stairs were fine for me and my father, but not so much for my mother who uses a cane.

This was the best though out, prettiest, cleanest property in which we have ever stayed. We had a wonderful break and could walk everywhere we wished in Lincoln without needing any other form of transport. We met the lovely owners as we left on a Sunday morning. They were about to clean the cottage and we realised that this is why it was spotless.

Excellent location. The house was spotless, clean, comfortable, with all you need inside. You could feel at home. I was worried about the road in the night but it was quiet enough. Amazing stay.
