Minster Cottage - Cathedral Quarter with Free Parking

Its style, cleanliness and location are all absolute favorites. Close to be able to walk into the main areas is such a plus.

The duvet was a little too thick for a July stay. Maybe something more seasonal available and perhaps a fan. It’s been a really warm week and the gorgeous cottage likes to retain the heat!

Minster Cottage is one of a kind and if you are lucky enough to stay in this beautiful cottage you will be so pleased and happy. The cottage itself is beautiful and in an excellent location. It is set up to an exceptionally high standard, with new, modern appliances, and has absolutely everything you could think of (and more) that you may need. The whole place is spotlessly clean and it feels like you're walking into a brand new home. Communication from Gemma was friendly, helpful and prompt. And the fact there were 'little touches" to make our stay more special (for example cleaning products, toiletries, towels, tourist information packs etc.) really made us feel so welcome and enjoy our stay even more so. A beautiful place to stay and would highly recommend staying here. Thank you so very much to the hosts Genma and Sam!

All was exceptional!

A delightful, cheerful and exceptionally clean home to enjoy our stay in Lincoln. Located a short, flat walk to the Cathedral and historic Lincoln and near many delightful restaurants and shops .

Rather steep, narrow stairs to the two upstairs bedrooms.

Everything! Location is perfect and the property was faultless! Very clean and a high standard of decor with everything you need for your stay. Lovely starter pack with milk, fresh coffee, crisps and cakes too

Absolutely nothing and price was good for two couples but a shame as we often stay in Lincoln as a couple but it would work out expensive on those occasions

No fault to owner but could ot get on with TV, as an over seas visitor I could ot be bothered with al the setting up account just so I could watch tv, wuld have been happy with free to view. No washing machine/dryer, when overseas peoplle travel keeping your washing up to scratch becoes a bug bare, Would have been nive to have had a washing machine/dryer in the property, would have happily paid ore for that use. Parking was touch and go, oonly managed to park outside the house 2 nights, also not owners fault.

This is a very comfortable property in a convenient location, close to the cathedral. The cottage is very tastefully decorated and well equipped.
