Breakfast was well cooked and tasty.

Breakfast started a little late for our liking and it would have been nice if it had been included in the room rate rather than paying extra

Perfect stay at Helen’s B&B. Beachfront location , we booked the seafacing room which I highly recommend. Clean & comfortable . And Crofters deli around the corner was perfect for food & drinks .

"Great Location, Super tiny room"

Beautiful home and great location

Our room was super small with a slanted ceiling and no sea view, looked into an alley. Not really suitable for 2 people. There was huge furniture so not much floor space. Closet had a turned off fridge (that owner said would heat up the already quite warm room) therefore nowhere to store bags that we had to climb over all evening. Not the best accommodation. Seemed like there were other nicer rooms, but owner said she was going to upgrade us but had to wait for the other couple to check in? Very confusing. Also check in time was after 5pm already. Brilliant location, but wouldn't stay again. Also bed very stiff/springs poking. Not a good night's sleep.

Location is excellent. Parking is free and easy to find in May. The owner is fantastic and makes a killer breakfast. We chose a full Scottish breakfast and it didn’t disappoint! The bed was very comfortable and falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves was easy. Dolphins and seals were spotted!

The TV only had one very scrambled channel and the Wi-Fi was almost non-existent. I’m sure if we asked about it there would have been an attempt to fix it. Since it actually forced us to be outside more and more present, I didn’t remove points for this.

Helen was absolutely lovely and so welcoming,she was very helpful in telling me of different activities to do whilst in Rosemarkie.Her guest house was delightful,bursting with all sorts of beautiful little ornaments.House was in an ideal location with a fantastic view of the sea, I left my bedroom window open all night to hear the sounds of the waves,very soothing also bedroom was so pretty loved all the little touches.And breakfast in the morning was perfect with lots of choice and a lovely selection of foods and accompaniments.Would absolutely stay here again.😊
