"Lovely stay in a warm and friendly atmosphere"

Top location, we loved the very friendly welcome, we immediately felt like at home with a friend. The room was very cosy, the bathroom very spacious. We really enjoyed the Scottish hospitality and friendliness. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Breakfast was five-star hotel quality. View from our bedroom of the sea was breathtaking. Helen was helpful, kind and patient with her guests.

"Fabulous 4 night stay"

Thank you Helen for making us both feel very welcome and for allowing us to share your beautiful art and craft period house for 4 nights . The view was breathtaking looking out across the bay. We had a double room which was very comfortable which had everything we needed and it was spotlessly clean. The en suite had everything we needed and lovely bedding and towels. Breakfast was cooked to order and was all lovely local produce. Great location on the Black Isle and loved seeing Bo the black Labrador in the garden. Can't wait to come back.

"relaxing indeed"

It was awsome laying in bed and look straight out to the ocean. Nice surroundings with sme very good restaurants nearby, hiking possibilities, beach, and we some dolphins!! Helen was a very good host.

I got surprised when I saw on booking.com that I had given 7.5 on a review. Which I have definitively not done. Is this some kind of automation? must be corrected.

"Can't go wrong with this lovely B & B!"

The owner was lovely, friendly and happy to share information on the area, even helped us get a late dinner reservation just a half a block away. Breakfast was delicious and the views from here are incredible. Such an easy walk to the beach with miles of shore to explore. I would have loved to spend a week there!
