I enjoyed staying here very much. Helen is very welcoming and her property is full of seaside charm. The property is on a beautiful beach. The rooms are lovingly decorated and very clean. It's a very special place to stay.

"Perfect location & a comfortable stay"

Perfect location. Really comfortable. Very homely & comfortable. Magical to be able to look out of the windows at the beautiful bay. Views unbeatable. Showered while watching the sea. Fell asleep to the sound of the waves. Perfect. Great to bimble round the lovely villages around us. A perfect location to venture in to Inverness, & all see all the area has to offer. Helen was the loveliest, welcoming host. Rosemarkie is a spectacular place. Really didn’t want to leave!

From beginning to end a wonderful stay. The host is accommodating, inviting and we were lucky enough to see the dolphins in the morning. Couldn't be much better than that.
