Breakfast was lovely, and the decor in the property is so inviting.

Everything. Best guest house we had stayed in. If you have the choice, pay the extra and take the room with a see view, you won't regret it. We will definitely be going back.

Nice room with Sea Views, plenty of coffee, tea etc. No problem getting it replenished. Ideal location to sea Dolphins, unfortunately we wasn't lucky. Had a lovely breakfast.

Noisy plumbing, but wouldn't stop me booking again.

Helen was an excellent host and a wonderful chef. She thought of every detail and was always cheerful and helpful in all aspects. We had many questions about the area as we’re looking to move to the Black Isle. She took time with us and we learned a great deal of valuable information that will help in our future moving decisions. The room was very comfortable and the view was absolutely stunning. Every morning to wake up with that view was something I will always remember. I can’t speak more highly about Helen and her beautiful BnB. We’re grateful to have been there for 6 nights.
