rooms and pool location. walk to 7-11 Easy cab services.

no free cleaning service or change of towels. It was 500 THB per day. It should be mentioned explicitly before booking what is included and what is not.

Quite location not far from night life. Private access to beach 5 min from villa. Pool was big enough and deep. Nice and relaxing definitely my go to place in pattaya.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa! The property is beautiful—clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. Everything was well-prepared for our arrival, and check-in was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pattaya. I would definitely come back again!

The weather was a bit wetter than expected, seems rainy season has come earlier than usual! But still plenty of sunshine : )
