Majestic Residence Pool Villa Private Beach

The private pool was very nice and the villa has an high wall all the way around the villa. the large size of the villa was also very good and both bedrooms have an on suite bathroom. The Bed was very comfortable and the villa is in a good location and it’s very close to the beach and restaurants.

Our stay at this pool villa was extremely disappointing and fell far short of expectations. Upon arrival, we couldn’t even get into the villa because the key didn’t work. We had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to come help, and even then, it took another 10 minutes to finally unlock the door. In total, we waited 30 minutes to get inside, all while managing a tired baby who needed rest. Once inside, the condition of the villa was appalling. The pool was dirty and needed cleaning before we could use it. Trash bins hadn’t been emptied, the floors and bathrooms were filthy, and the dishes hadn’t been put away. The entire place felt unclean. Although the staff eventually apologized and removed the trash, it didn’t make up for the poor first impression—especially compared to other pool villas we’ve stayed at. The checkout process was equally frustrating. We messaged them in advance, letting them know we’d be ready to check out in 20-30 minutes. Instead, they sent someone immediately, even though we weren’t ready. We asked them to come back in 20 minutes, but they never returned. After waiting for 20 minutes, we spent an additional 40 minutes trying to get someone to check us out. Despite messaging and calling them multiple times—about 10 missed calls—they never answered or responded. In the end, we had to leave without a proper checkout and texted them to transfer our deposit back. While they eventually sent the money, they only returned 500 baht instead of the full deposit. We followed all the rules, emptied the trash, and left the villa clean, so we messaged them through booking.com to ask for an explanation of the deduction. Unsurprisingly, we received no response or explanation. While it’s not about the money, we would have appreciated a clear reason for the deduction, especially given the long delays and poor service we endured. Communication was a complete disaster throughout our stay.

Very convenient to everything we wanted .The manager Maya was exceptional and was available whenever needed (not that we needed anything).The property including the pool was clean to our needs .highly recommend and will be coming back 😁

Owners attitude, very rude when trying to resolved issues, did not care about resolving any issues. Facilities have been poorly maintain and there are extra charges for electricity consumption.
