Majestic Residence Pool Villa Private Beach

Overall the villa and pool.

Curtain which doesn't cover full windows. And also the karoke and speaker placed outside near the pool doesn't work.

The location to the beach

The property was a bit dated needs some TLC we had leeks on taps sun bed was broken and table and chairs was dirty need s painting or replacing

Quite comfortable

Really loved this place. Perfect sized villa for a family or even 2 couples. Comes kitted out with everything you need for a really comfortable place to just chill. Pool was nicely sized to relax or play with the kids complete with large inflatables to boot. Nice outdoor area with large Bluetooth speaker and outdoor sofa's. Villa was spacious, clean and had cleaners come every other day. And to top everything off at the end of the complex is the beautiful private beach for Majestic residence and 1 or 2 beach resorts so has bars and restaurants. All in all a lovely little slice of heaven and well located amongst loads of shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Only slight issue is the aircon is not very strong in the larger bedroom and living room. Might be a bigger issue for those more sensitive to the heat of Thailand!

excellent location and safe gated community villas with direct access to beach

I’ve stayed with Majestic on few occasions with different owners/operators. This villa a few basic things are lacking like drinking water tower & hand soap in the bathrooms for example. AC in living room doesn’t really work. Also, the fact that the check in is done with the maid who doesn’t speak much English can be a bit challenging. For the Deposit they should be at least a receipt. I’m very used to Thailand and staying in such places so not a big deal but I believe some people would. if above points can be rectified I think it would make for a more enjoyable experience.
