All the kitchen cabinets were sticky and oily, haven’t been cleaned in years. Everything was oily and I wasn’t keen on touching it. Doors to rooms also haven’t been cleaned and the bathroom had mold

The place is dirty, not well maintained and old. absolutely no for stay. On top of it rude manager/owner. All of this fun for 150 EUR. We called booking.com willing to change but there was no other options for family in whole Pattaya. Please sort reviews from the newest, this place maybe was good few years ago.

Location is good, calm part of Pattaya. If you have own car and like calm place.

Once we complained to booking.con he/she started threatening g with cutting off water and electricity and sending police.

The property is situated in a gated lavish area. Very spacious for 6 people, not too far from Jomien main beach. We also got a free late check out.

The bed sheets were not cleaned in one room on our arrival. Also, we had no hot water in our bathrooms, it was very hot so we didn’t mind but still.

1. Bathroom showers are pathetic. The shower is as good as a tap. 2. There were minor water leakages in the washroom. 3. Furniture & Interior quality isn’t satisfactory compared to the photos of the property. 4. All fans of the property had dust on it as if it’s not cleaned since a year. As soon as we switched on the fan it started falling on us. (Photos attached with this review) 5. Check in was an issue as no one was there at our check in time and also the staff did not understand basic English to communicate. 6. No daily room cleaning was offered in our 3 nights stay, but for checkout they were ready with the entire housekeeping stuff half an hour prior to check out time. 7. Overall the staff behaviour was rude. They also asked us to wash all used utensils or else they would charge us 500THB. 8. During our last night they gave a booking for our villa to some other group and unfortunately their group had to leave as we were already checked in. This shows how unprofessional their working is.
